Every year at the beginning of October, IELTS Compassion (IC) welcomes new members into every of its departments: content writing and tutoring, marketing and outsourcing, technicality and design. IC seeks out the most promising individuals through a selective application process, which involves the written form round and the interview round. There are unique requirements for applicants for each department. However, nothing comes before the level of dedication and the promise of growth that the applicants exhibit in their portfolio submissions, their academic achievements, their extracurricular experience, their test scores, and their interview responses. The new IC-ers will form a group of diverse talents and perspectives. Together, they will work hard to keep in perpetuity the spirit of IC - the contribution to the collective good.
