-Bạn có nêu ra được lập trường (là đồng ý với cả hai ý kiến) tuy nhiên cách sử dụng ngôn ngữ ở câu chủ đề của bài còn hơi lủng củng và không rõ ràng.
-Đối với mỗi ý kiến, bạn có nêu ra được lý lẽ, có support bằng ví dụ nhưng mình cảm thấy một số ý sau chưa rõ ràng và cần được phát triển thêm:

This is especially true for the case of job opportunities as citizens would be provided with better quality of life. To be specific, when the economy grows, more decent jobs with better salaries will be created.
Moreover, focusing too much on the economy and omitting other sectors such as education , social justice will lead to serious problems . For instance , the rate of crimes or robbers could increase due to the differentiation between the rich and the poor.
=> Ví dụ của bạn có thể đổi thành: … do giáo dục gây ra.
For instance, regardless of developed economy, the crime rate could increase due to the failure of national education.
Cách viết conclusion của bạn vẫn còn mang tính lặp lại, bạn có thể xem cách sau:

-Bạn có sắp xếp bài làm hợp lí theo từng đoạn, mỗi đoạn 1 central topic.
-Bạn sử dụng được từ nối trong nhiều ngữ cảnh khác nhau nhưng bạn lưu ý cách dùng referents (it, them…) lại nhé.
-Cách đưa thông tin trong đoạn thân bài 2 của bạn chưa logic lắm, cụ thể như sau:
Topic: governments should consider other aspects as parts of a nation’s growth.
Supporting 1: environmental issues and global warming
Supporting 2: omitting other sectors such as education , social justice will lead to serious problems
=> ý 1 của bạn lại nói về 1 vấn đề cụ thể là môi trường nhưng ý 2 thì lại chỉ nói chung chung là nếu bỏ mặc những khía cạnh khác thì sẽ có nhiều serious problems => hai supporting ideas không cân đối với nhau
Đối với đoạn này, bạn có thể viết theo hai cách sau:
1 - chỉ có 1 ý là omitting other sectors such as education , social justice will lead to serious problems => chỉ ra các vấn đề ở những khía cạnh khác nhau.
2 - có 2 ý: 1 là environmental problems và 2 là education and social justice, ở mỗi ý nói rõ tầm quan trọng và những vấn đề có thể xảy ra nếu nó ko được developed.

-Bạn có từ vựng vừa đủ cho bài này: economic growth, social justice, concerned, healthy economic, etc.
-Bạn có sử dụng những từ less common tuy nhiên vẫn còn sai về cách dùng như là subsidize thì không đi với ON, động từ là consider chứ không phải considerate,...

Bạn không mắc lỗi về ngữ pháp nhiều.
Bạn sử dụng được khá nhiều cấu trúc khác nhau: câu điều kiện, dùng gerund làm chủ ngữ, … tuy nhiên những câu phức (complex sentences) của bạn còn mang hơi hướng dịch từ Tiếng Việt sang nên ngữ pháp có phần không tự nhiên, bạn có thể xem cách mình sửa để điều chỉnh văn phong cho phù hợp. (câu mình tô đỏ ở task achievement)
Bạn nên sử dụng nhiều câu phức hơn.
