What are the advantages of working under pressure?
Despite some obvious drawbacks, I must admit that working under pressure can do wonders for the employees. Above all, they have to take things seriously as well as become more focused on and committed to their jobs. Another benefit is that in order to meet the deadlines, they are likely to think outside the box in search of the optimal solution. Therefore pressure will also help to boost creativity. Last but not least, both productivity and time management skills will be greatly enhanced.
